Color – Change
These sheets are done with special pigments, that change their color depending on the direction of the light. These sheets are solid colored as a base, with the color change effect added. The results have a wide variation depending on the base color

Production time, Shipping and Tax
Usually we will try to get all orders ready for shipping within 6 weeks from payment.
You need it faster? Upon availability we offer express handling and production within 1-2 weeks. Fee for this priority production is 30% of the order value. Please let us know, if you wish to use that option, so that we can check if this is possible.

All color match orders (High Color Fidelity) will take one week longer for matching, in both services.
We do ship all orders out with DHL / DHL Express as insured parcel. For special wishes, please let us know while ordering.

We do ship from Germany, which means the German taxes apply. However, if you are ordering from outside of the European Union, we will be able to sell tax free, but the products are suspect of import taxes in your country. Those taxes are to be paid by you. Shipping costs for those countries apply as shown in the table without further tax reduction.
If you are living within European Union, we will calculate on German taxes in 2024 and on each individual tax in 2025. This does not change the product prices.

Notes about our latex sheets:
Each of our sheets is unique. This applies especially on patterns; they are handmade and cannot simply be reproduced identically.
All sheets are handmade. Therefore, there can be slight variations in thickness and exact size. We do our best to ensure best possible accuracy.
Colors can vary as well, as especially screen settings and interpretation can vary. We do our best on hitting your desired colors. If you order a specific color, this means:
1 – If you order a color regularly, we will try to color match best possible on the data you provide. Variations will be kept small, but are possible.
2 – If you need us to be exact, we offer High Color Accuracy as a premium service. We guarantee to hit the desired color the best way possible, with a maximum variation of 1-2 nuances. For ensuring this, we need you to send us a color sample via post letter, or a RAL-Code. Please contact us for further information.
All sheets are handmade. Depending on used material, especially natural materials, irregularities in color and structure are due to the naturalness and are a typical quality feature of authenticity. Such effects are no damages. Small material impurities and air bubbles may also occur. These characteristics do not reduce the quality of the product and do not constitute a defect. Nevertheless, we do our best to produce all products in best possible standards.
